Ranking

All approved players remain in the tournament ranking. Prize players are competing for payouts; only paid prize players are eligible for prizes. Points-only players still compete for points and visibility, but not payouts. Other players' forecasts are only shown for completed matches where points have been calculated. Public view masks each player to the first display-name initial and slogan.
